Learn how to assess program strength, identify areas for growth, and guide teachers in delivering career-connected learning that prepares students for future success. Leaders will leave with practical strategies to ensure ePathways are rigorous, equitable, and aligned to both student interests and workforce demands.

For school counselors, the session will focus on aligning evaluations with the California Standards for the School Counseling Profession, ensuring intentional support for students’ social-emotional learning, academic planning, and postsecondary readiness. Attendees will leave with actionable tools to lead growth-oriented observations, conduct effective coaching conversations, and promote excellence in both specialized roles.
