This workshop equips principals and assistant principals with the knowledge and tools to support high-quality ePathways at RJA. Participants will dive into the use of ePathway Maps as a framework for aligning instruction, industry connections, and student supports with the 12 Essential Elements of a High-Quality Career & College Pathway framework, used by California schools. Learn how to assess program strength, identify areas for growth, and guide teachers in delivering career-connected learning that prepares students for future success. Leaders will leave with practical strategies to ensure ePathways are rigorous, equitable, and aligned to both student interests and workforce demands.
